In addition to the basic background sounds, we decided to make sections.

It's great when you already have playlists for a specific occasion - to meditate, relax, immerse yourself in a pleasant atmosphere (for example, we have a preset of a summer morning or morning at a seaport or a helicopter flight).

Also, a very cool thing that we plan to develop further is auto-training. It helps to gain self-confidence, relieve bodily tension, release thoughts, and find creative solutions. For example, we practice qigong and our auto-trainings. It works!
